Very very poor App, I once request a ride, but instead of picking me to the destination I choose but it took me to the other place far from where I was heading... In short, there has to be an improvement on location and map Also, if you book in this App, get ready to be late because it have very few drivers who are often far from where you request.

As a first time of the app, I was very disappointed with how I was forced to pay more than the app suggested even though I had a discount. The ride was also cancelled mid journey by the driver likely so that I wouldn't leave a review or so that there wouldn't be proof of ride on my end? The driver's attitude was also very bad. I'd give 0 stars if I could and discourage anyone from using the app.

Used the app for the first time a day ago. I had a discount but the driver started complaining from the onset of the journey which made me very uncomfortable. It felt like he wanted to drop me off in the middle of nowhere as he kept asking me how much I would actually pay him since he felt like the discount was a rip off. I had to forfeit my discount coz I felt unsafe. Reached out to your customer care;no response. Don't think I'll be using it again tbh.

The thing is when requesting they show you a discount but the moment you reach your destination everything changes and customer care? ...its not that they won't answer they sure will but they'll tell you got no discount and the driver is right....like wth is that? Display what is to be paid and stop stealing.

I've recently enjoyed your service but now it's very poor. Your professionalism is loosing track, it's very stupid that a driver doesn't know the destination point and too slow, also the pricing differences between the enger and driver, why? Dear app managers, rectify this mistake or else you'll not attract great market portfolio which is basically customers. And also update a section in the app where a enger can rate his or her ride when done. What a dumb service by you

I feel awful writing this because a friend of mine had recommended that I Faras as they are a cheaper option. However events that occurred last night deeply disappointed me. I booked a vehicle to Kabiria kwa maji, not only was the driver driving recklessly, but she also intentionally chose to use roads/paths that had heavy traffic. I ended up paying double the amount I was supposed to pay, and customer service wouldn't help either. I won't be using Faras again or recommend it to anyone els

I've noticed that the app doesn't give me a background check on the driver. Please if you can update the app by adding the number of trips the driver has made and his successfulness. Thank you

The price is affordable on the app, and the app also tells u the amount you're supposed to pay. But the drivers don't know how to use the app, nor the map. Hence, they refuse to turn on the app before starting the journey, then they ask you to pay more money than the app requires you to pay, scamming you. Meaning it doesn't matter whether or not the app is affordable. The drivers always make you pay more. They also call several times asking where you are even though it's on the Map.
