I have successfully used this app for years until it quick working recently. I have uninstalled and reinstalled numerous times and called my provider for help as well. I can enter the device code to pair my phone, but when click to select the , I get a message saying it is unable to find my subscriber . My phone shows up on the TV screen as a paired device but the app won't open. Very frustrated.

App was working perfectly. Now it no longer recognizes subscriber. Uninstalled reinstalled. Turned off phone. Deleted uninstalled still doesn't recognize subscriber but shows that was deleted. Update to my above bad review. Reinstalled app today and everything is again working perfectly. See that update to app and my DVR shows the color logo of the network item in the guide list.

This app was wonderful up until about 2 months ago (~May 2020), when after an update it had trouble logging into my . Nothing has been fixed yet, now it's mid July and it still cannot connect to my , rendering the app completely useless.

Doesn't work right anymore and they keep telling me it will be fixed soon, but has not worked in well over a month. Cannot see current or future recordings which makes it almost worthless to me. Even the local cable provider can't figure it out.

Originally installed version was not stable, but more recent updates have been much better. It's great to be able to control your DVR from anywhere. I find it easier to use than the direct, on-screen remote control.

The new update doesn't stay on the same tv as it was on when you quit the app the previous time you use it, also starts on the guide instead of the remote page, annoying!!

This app was good before updating. Now you can't select and play previously recorded shows from it. Now it sucks.
