11/7/24. Don't update app! It was finally working and was actually helpful. I did the latest update and the first time everything worked fine when I logged in and it verified my device I got the message I wouldn't need to for four months, now it keeps sending me through the two step verification and I can no longer to the app.

hardly works. cannot take the BHA under incentives, goes to a infinite loop loading screen. logging in is next to impossible. despite having a fingerprint saved, I have to hit log-in, wait for the text, click the link, have it error out, and then resend the link, sometimes it works on the second try. cleared app data and cache and it still doesn't work fully. let's hope the insurance is better than the app.

The very same problems I have been complaining about for a very very long time. Links online and on app 2.1.0 have one line boxes with two line labels. Half letters top and bottom. Endless replies saying they do not have access to my blue . It ain't there it is on your UI in the phone app and in the online app access. Manage My Prescriptions is illegible and on occasion hard to find with a fuzzy memory. ing it is a broken app after making many months...years. Filed complaint.

This app has been a nightmare for me. For over a year, every time I try to log on and once I get into the app to check claims it says there's an error and I can't access claims. It's been saying this for over a year now and nothing seems to help. It just got updated again this morning and I tried it again, same error. What a nightmare.

Borderline useless now. Logging in is a 5 minute ordeal with uncertain results. Much more sensitive apps allow you to within seconds. Not this app. Input your phone number. Click on the verification link. Thank you for ing. And then nothing happens.... Waste of time.

This is an update. The app is still Terrible. fepblue.webmdhealth connection center to connect to my garmin used to work months ago and now is completely dysfunctional. Why? Should be an easy fix. One could easily begin to think that the company is making it harder to dis-incentivize they're clients so they don't have to compensate us for pursuing their recommended healthy habits goals. C'mon, Do Better!

I can literally never without the most convoluted, exhausting effort to get into this app. I will with my biometrics, it will ask me for my phone number. I type in the number. I get a link in a text message. I click the link. I get verified. There's nothing else to click, so I go back to the app. The app says they can't due to a system error. I repeat several times with no success. Often, It will just tell me there's a technical issue every day. Or there's always maintenance
