Once inside the app, great to use and I'm a huge fan of Motel One ( 5 countries, 12 locations). However, quite often the app starts and gets stuck on the intro page. Very frustrating. I have no such issues with any other app on my device

Works fine. After its a zippy app that shows my booking, data and even ability to delete my profile. Bravo! Reading the reviews, it was in English for me... not sure why there's mention of German but booking emails are in dual language so I guess the backend defaults to German. Works really well, logged in fine... no issues. Can't figure out how to claim a free breakfast though, i got a code for g up but there's nowhere to enter it. Edit: Covered in the FAQ in the app, you prevent the voucher at check-in.

The application seems to start up in German rather than using the phone's language. Even when you change it to English some parts of the UI still seem to be in German :( On a positive note I was able to view my booking but the app does need a good tidy up!

this will be my second visit to this fabulous hotel. fantastic prices, lovely friendly staff and situated right next to Glasgow Central railway station. what's not to like! highly recommended hotel group.
