This interface is good but sometimes it says that vahan service is unavailable. Also while filing a complaint, there is only 1 option that is for not wearing helmet. What about the vehicles which releases very much smoke, do rash drive, overspeed and other reason. If those options were there it would have been better. The option of ing the video instead of directly recording from the app would be more beneficial.

Sluggish. Can't traffic violations faster enough. Too slow and app crashes often. I have reinstalled the app and I have been using latest version of Android in my Pixel device. There should be a single press to take photo and long press to capture video for convenience and faster s of images and video.

This app won't open until I disable developer options. This is not good, I can't turn off developer options everytime I want to visit the app. Digilocker also has the same issue. No other apps have this trouble. This is so discomfort. Developers, please get a solution to this. The issue still persists. I got an update two times hoping it would work. But it didn't.

Giving 1 star since the app won't work without disabling developer options. I tried clearing cache and storage data, tried uninstalling and reinstalling, still does not work. Why not have dev options enabled on the device. Even the secure official banking/payment apps do not require disabling it. This has occurred to me before, a few years ago. Feels pity that it still has not been resolved. Hey developer, if this has any solution to it, please reply back. Thanks.

Specifically, your app is blocking everying after opening it, since I have Developer Mode/Settings enabled. Some of us use that setting for specific use case like turning OFF animation effect for faster device UI speed. I understand the security warning but outright blocking such s is just odd. There are many apps like UPI, our Banking Apps which doesn't mind this but somehow mParivahan see it as a problem. Kindly allow option to go ahead after reading and understanding the warning message.

The app does not launch if developer options are enabled in the phone settings which is really weird. I have not used any app that has limitations similar to this one. Its pathetic. Are the developers going to correct it or shall I uninstall? I can share screenshot of needed. Have already trued reinstalling but that didnt help. On top of that the developer team is just of no help, they commented here asking to email on their email id but they never respond to an email after multiple follow ups.

Tired of trying to update mobile number; the app wont budge from showing error.Have tried re-installing also without success ; the error message reads "Nextgen mparivahan error". This is while doing aadhar validation of the mobile number. I have written to the helpdesk and waiting for response. Seems the response to rating/complaints is given by robots with standard text. What is suggested "clearing cache and writing an email to helpdesk have already been done. Very disappointed

Tried to use 2 months ago. Gave 'disable developer option' popup. Tried clearing cache, reinstall,etcetc didn't work. Tried it again today & the same 'disable dev option' came on screen. Tried the same reinstalling, clear cache, clear data & it still doesn't work. Will try again after 2 months.
