I have really enjoyed this product. I have two of the minis and two of the automiles for my cars. The batteries on the minis have lasted over a week and not even to 50%. The others are hard wired so the vehicle would have to be off for a long time. The only complaint is the lag in tracking, it ranges from 30 secs to a few minutes if I don't refresh it. Still it is very accurate. The piece of mind is worth the price.

Not good. Motion alarm on my phone goes off every 30 minutes or so despite the fact it's sat on my desk not moving. The temperature is 29 degrees centigrade whether I am... It is 6 degrees here. Can't have centigrade and miles. You can only have one type of alert (e.g Battery or Motion) Only people over 65 understand Fahrenheit in the UK. Nice idea (not original) poor execution.

Great customer service. Very responsive. A company that stands behind its product. Will buy again for my fleet. Update: Sold an asset I was tracking and the company immediately closed the with no complications. I will definitely use automile again for asset tracking purposes. Great device for tracking assets, high value equipment or even teenage drivers! Don't hesitate, get one and get started.

It can sometimes mess up, but good quality when you consider the system as a whole. Update July 2022: The App stopped working in April and I thought it might have been an issue with the sensor. It turns out the original subscription purchased with the sensor via Amazon had expired. After ing Automile via the app it seems they have had problems with renewals on Amazon purchased sensors and they requested a copy of the original invoice. After providing the invoice I have had nothing back.

Scam alert you can't cancel. After trying to cancel last year 2 months before the renewal date because Boucie tracking only cost $5 a month. They told me I had to return the equipment which I paid $100 each for. So I sent them back(what else would I do with them). Never got refunded and now a year later they hit my card again. Stay away

It's fantastic it works perfectly. There's one only thing that would drive you crazy, that when there's no good reception or signal. The app would froze but it would continue collecting the information so you would restart your phone. To start fresh again, no record of history of your car be Lost.

Fantastic. I used it to monitor a relative who had dementia. It connected perfectly to their power chair and gave me a clear indicator where they were heading when they were missing/lost. I now use it to monitor my vehicle just in case. Every time it has been very reliable.

Good so far after 2 weeks of use. A delay of several minutes before the alarm for movement. Be aware, it could take 5 mins. There is no mention of a way to renew your subscription that I can tell. Would be nice to be able to renew for as long as you wish.
