Cannot change which service is displayed by default. It always opens to the number I rarely use, just because I had that one first. The app also loves to pester me with a survey, that displays at the top. The app is clunky. So many additional taps needed. The service(phone number) should be charged as soon as selected, not require additional tap on a button. Since update the bills tab now opens a menu and then I have to tap on "monthly bills", instead just opening the bills, like it used to.

The app is completely useless. The only thing i can do here is see balance on my sim card. I use pre paid SIM and evey time i want internet i need to , and even stopped working all night. So thanks for nothing , and fix the damn app

It is not possible to use your new update. Many things are missing, such as how many instalments are left to pay. What a disaster for not letting people know how many bills left to pay

Free month of various services (eg. Deezer) d and offered to s, applying for that breaks the previouly paid subscription service, switching back to paid plan not possible within the A1 system. Customer is not helpful at all, going as far as to promise that doesnt happen, service still broken after more than half a month and multiple help requests.

- basic validation does not work: sign up fails with generic "unexpected error" (prislo je do nepricakova napake). On the website I get the error "name too short" => please fix this! - impossible: I get "no permission" error (nimate pravic za prijavo v izbrano aplikacijo). again, in the browser it works (using a manager) -> I would just use the browser and not care about the app if it has such problems, BUT in the browser I can only change my address, nothing else?!???

Credit card input doesn't have autocomplete or cc selection from saved ones. For a mobile company that's a big fail.

App don't work on all phones. Example on moto g6 plus. I did send them wanted to bring the phone to teir service they ignore. New owners...... It used to be prfect

Shame tha app doesn't have option to be in english. On prepaid, it doesn't show the remaining enote as well as when the package expires.
